We're a Bible~based, Christ~centered group of believers whose sole existence and purpose is to praise and worship God and to obey the commandment given to us by Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who told us to "Go, ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." [Matthew 28:19]
Because we're in Mathews County, we can have our greatest impact here on the Mathews mission field, telling as many people as possible about the Good News of God's love for you (and all of mankind), and about His plan of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
The truth is that we're all sinners who fall short of the glory of God. We all need God's grace, we need His mercy, and we all need His forgiveness if we're going to succeed in this life.
Whether you're rich or poor...black or white...we welcome you with open arms!
